1st Class 

 We offer USPS 1^st Class Mail for packages weighing 15oz or less for a new low flat rate of just $5

Priority Mail - We offer USPS Priority Mail for orders over 15oz. or for customers who want a shorter delivery time. The new low flat rate of $8.00 applies to orders up to 1 pound. Packages over 1 pound will be charged according to their actual size and weight. Ranging from $10.00-$25.00.

Priority Express Mail (1 day) - For those bead emergencies we do offer USPS Priority Express Mail. The cost is based on the actual size and weight of your package and starts at $25.00. The 1 day delivery time is an estimate not a guarantee.

 

International Shipping:

We offer USPS 1^st Class International Mail for order weighing up to 4lbs. The cost is based on the actual weight of your items and ranges from $16.00-$37.00 for Canadian customers and $16.00-$47.25 for all others.

 

Priority Mail International -  We offer USPS Priority Mail International based on the actual weight of your package and destination. The cost ranges from $28.00-$61.00 for Canadian customers and $33.00-83.00 for all others.

 

Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days)- We offer USPS Priority Mail Express International based on the actual weight of your package and destination. The cost ranges from $43.00-$83.50 for Canadian customers and $56.00-$98.00 for all others.

 

Return Policy: If you are not delighted with your goodies, we will do a store credit, exchange of merchandise for merchandise or a refund for the items within 30 days of purchase with the exception of Closeout items, Last Chance items and cut to order chains, cords, or ribbons, minus the cost of shipping.  If you received "FREE SHIPPING", or any other special discount that required a minimum order, and your return causes the value of your order to drop below that said minimum, we will adjust those discounted amounts from your credit.  A 10% restocking may be charged in some cases but not always. If items you are returning are no longer on the site and we have to re-list them, we may apply a restocking fee.  If you decide to make an exchange of merchandise for merchandise, we will do our very best to accommodate your exchange so that you would be able to enjoy any discounts your original order was qualified for.  Our friendly staff will do their very best to get you what you want and need. 

Return Instructions - Simply return any unopened, unused items you do not wish to keep with a copy of the invoice. Please include a note as to why you are returning the item and what you would like in exchange of the returned merchandise. Exchanges do not qualify for free shipping. Returns can be shipped to:
