Very Fine size = 0.6mm. This reamer was originally designed for detailing wax. We simply love um for reaming out pearls!!!! The point is stainless steel with file like edges to cut smoothly and quickly! Nice comfortable 4" wood handle with a 3/4" diameter. Comes packaged in a clear protective tube. American Made.
