RARE-Magical Trapiche Amethyst flame tower stone. Mined in Brazil, this one of a kind Trapiche Amethyst stone tower is gently faceted into the shape of a flame. The height is 2" and the diameter at the base is 1 1/4". The word "Trapiche" comes from a type of milling wheel that is used to process cane sugar.  Trapiche Amethyst was named after it because of its similar appearance in its growth patterns and inclusions to that of the spokes of the mill. Trapiche Amethysts have been found to have as many as 24 elements and minerals within. Amethyst stones are said to bring about courage and inner strength and have been used to protect against psychic attacks.
