This bead measures 4mm square x 3mm thick. These are a flat on the back with a faceted front. They are single strand. These are from the early 1900's and were produced in Czechoslovakia. Glass nailhead beads were used in the days of the flapper to embellish garments before sequins were developed. We uncovered these beads in their original brown paper packaging with a really cool vintage label and twine holding it all together in the shape of a brick. Sometimes the packaging of vintage beads as so much fun. You will receive 48 beads per lot.
