These very old primitive beads measure 3mm x 8mm x 3mm. They have a flat back with lines and a faceted front. They are double strand drilled side to side. Please note that these are really old ones. They were used because of their jet black color to embellish clothing for mourning. These are from the early 1900's and were produced in Czechoslovakia. Glass nailhead beads were used in the days of the flapper to embellish garments before sequins were developed. You will get 24 beads per lot.
