Vintage Black Velvet Ribbon with Purple Trim

Vintage it is, you will find that there are some impression marks in the velvet from having been on the spool for so long. Doesn’t diminish its beauty at all! Use it as a trim, or make a choker or belt. Suzanne, used it to make bows for her very special Christmas packages. Sold by the foot, this is a great deal!
