Vintage Stretchy Woven Elastic Belt Material-Navy with Beige Stripe

20mm (3/4"). We found this stretchy woven elastic belt material in an old warehouse. It is navy blue with a beige stripe approximately 1/4" from the edge, it is not in the center. No one says you have to limit yourself to a belt. Hey, what about suspenders or imagine the sew on possibilities. Sold by the foot, we are letting this go at a great price!
