Vintage French "Steel" Sequins
8mm sequins. 9 inch strand. Made in France, these vintage sequins are flat with a hole in the center. The tag on the strand says the color is "steel". They are in fact two toned. Metallic silver iris on one side, and metallic gold on the other these are a most unusual sequin!
