25 gauge half hard brass wire. This was uncovered in an old chain and wire factory. We have had this hand spooled in 10 yard spools. This is good old wire with that good old patina we all love so much.

This super strong, flexible, pre-waxed braided bead thread incorporates new technology. One of the strongest fiber cords per diameter ever created. Beadworkers and beadstringers will find that this new product feels and works better than the finest bead thread, yet is as strong as jewelry wire. Most beads will not cut this product. It does not stretch, it knots easily, and will pass through a #12 beading needle.

Because it has been hardened, half-hard wire will maintain a loop, bend or shape under some stress. Half-hard wire is commonly used when making wire-wrapped jewelry or simple loops.
