Vintage Hex Seed Bead Hanks
Do we have a story for you?!!!!! We were told that most of these gorgeous seed hex cut beads were found in the basement of a textile factory in Brooklyn, New York. Some of them were used to embellish flapper dresses and purses dating back to the roaring 20s. Now that’s vintage!!! Since these hex cut beads were rescued, the building has been torn down to accommodate condos. These are 3 cut beads, 9/0 size seed beads. Some of these 3-cut beads are available in hanks which have 12 strands and approximately 2000 seed beads. Other vintage hex beads are sold loose in plastic bags with approximately 4000 beads.
