Vintage Filigree Clasps

7 x 10mm plus the loops. This vintage silver toned clasp has the stamping "sterling 8" on the back. However, we do not believe these beauties to be sterling silver. They are super cute in any event!

8 x 18mm including the rings. This is a silver toned single strand filigree bow tie box clasp. Very lightweight. What a sweet little clasp!

12 x 14mm loop to loop. This one is a base metal and has oxidized over the years with a wonderful warm old look. The image shows the front and backside of the clasp. (idea - spray with poly clear coat to keep the pretty old patina)

22mm. This is a vintage gold tone filigree design 3 strand clasp. Pretty on it’s own, but check out the enlargement! We have fitted this clasp with our vintage glass "Lady Godiva" cabochon (item # 13101). This cab has an image of Lady Godiva painted in reverse intaglio. It has been carved on the backside and then hand painted. What a fantastic clasp this makes! This clasp will fit a 15mm cabochon or stone.

8 x 11mm. This is a vintage, double strand, sterling silver, box clasp with a lovely intricate filigree pattern. Very lightweight and delicate!

11 x 14mm loop to loop. This clasp is stamped "Japan" on the back. It’s old, its a beauty and its a 2 strand in a silver toned metal. Not sterling, but its beautiful both front and back.

13mm loop to loop x 8mm. The company by which these were made is no longer in business. This is a double-strand clasp with a third hold on one side, possibly for a dangle. Adorable little clasp.

8mm square. You get three clasps per lot. This delicate feeling clasp is a two strand with jump rings attached. The metal is white, not sure what the metal is, but its a nice secure closure. Old goodie that came from some designer overstock so they have never been used.
