CAKE I really wasn’t going to mention it, but . . . you know. . . I celebrate my birthday for a minimum of a week. It’s been known as "the birthweek". My friends and family all know about it and humor me during this week long celebration each year. They are all so glad that the birthweek is finally over. This year the AGOS Girls gave me the custom made cake pictured to the right and I just had to share it with you! It couldn’t have been any prettier or tastier than if the "Cake Boss" made it for me himself. This cake has a pineapple rum filling with a cream cheese frosting. It was super moist and yummy! I can’t wait til next year. Maybe I will have to find more excuses to have special cakes made by this local baker. FYI - Barbara Pedwell-Dearborn from Mooresville, NC baked this beauty.
