Kelly Haven’t been able to get Jennifer’s photo, but we did catch Kelly at work. Isn’t she cute? We’ll work on getting one of Jennifer for the next “JB”. Can’t you just feel the grimase on Jennifer’s face at the thought of being caught on film? (She is shy to the camera.) And for the talk of the week. . . . I thought I would put together a little last minute birthday dinner for Kevin this past Wednesday and called several of his closest friends thinking that one might make it on such short notice. But, to my surprise, Forrest & Vickie, Mercer & Nancy, and David & Linda all joined me in celebrating with Kevin. What a great circle of friends – I must say!!! . . .Oh, by the way. . . Thank goodness that Al and Alice live close because my Air conditioning is on the fritz. I decided to sleep at their house until the repair man could get out to fix it. Unfortunately, Al keeps the thermostat @ 78 degrees . . . .so I didn’t get much relief from the heat. I didn’t dare touch the thermostat cause Al would have had a cow. (Sorry Dad, I had to spill that one.) Guess I will have to think of another place to bunk until I can get the darn thing fixed. Hummmm. . . .where could that possibly be? Finally, I will have to get a little more knowledgeable about our home football team, the Panthers, to prepare for the first pre season game this upcoming weekend. It would be a good idea to know what I am cheering about. Can’t wait to taste Dave’s tailgate cooking too!
