The photo of the old metal corrugated beads is a
sampling
of the recent addition to the vintage bead collection for
your enjoyment! These beads came out of the Garnier
Company Warehouse in NYC. Garnier sold high and
lower end jewelry components as well as those
wonderful bulky bangle bracelets, including bakelite
bangles in its heyday. This company closed over 30
years ago and these old beads have been sitting in
storage ever since. We were so pleased to find them
and just know you will enjoy them too.
Okay, here is the gossip of the week. . . . .Kelly has
been spotted stalking Rob Karlsson at the Wacovia
Golf Tournament in Charlotte, NC last weekend. She
just loves those golfers with the tight pants! Jean and
I got the whole scoop. Now, even I know that
professional golfers are in serious concentration
mode during tournaments. . . . .But, Kelly insists that
Padraig Harrington was "checking her out". Yeah,
sure he was. . . . . Anyway, Al watched the tournament
on
TV and didn’t see a thing.
New Finds
Vintage metal beads galore, New Labradorite
from Norway, Blue Coral, White Branch Coral. Yes,
we do have a few strands left. But hurry, they will be
gone soon. Oh, the Rainforest Jasper that we all love
is back! We are putting new things up daily so check
back often.
Our fabulous Kelly has put together some
wonderful "Swarovski Cube Earring Mixes". These
Mixes have pairs of cubes that are perfect to make
several pairs of earrings per mix. The mixes include
pinks, purples, blues and more. . . . What a great way
