When you are invited to a Christmas tea party you
need to take a break from work and go. Right?
That’s just what I did! Alice has been busy baking
scones all morning for this party. You know she has
become quite the cook, now that she belongs to the
Gourmet Cooking Club. Oh yeah, Alice has come a
long way since her "Cheese Ball" days. Who is the
little old lady
in the hat? It’s Aunt Mary posed with Al and Alice at
the Christmas tea party here in Mooresville this
afternoon. Aunt Mary is actually my great aunt. If I
have not mentioned this before, Aunt Mary is 102
years old! No, I’m not kidding. She has received alot
of attention in her fabulous hat. Why
not. . . . .when you are this age you deserve as
much attention as you can get! Aunt Mary, the
Branca Family and A Grain of Sand send wishes of
Peace, Joy & the comfort of a cup of warm tea and
scones to you and your family this holiday season!
