20mm round. These old beauties have an irregular pink tint. They seem to have more of the tint around the hole. When beaded, they are stunning. These are actually made of compressed cotton and then coated with a luminous pearl finish! This process produces a very solid and rock hard pearl bead that is light as a feather! A few of these neckaces have the origninal tags but most did not. The tag says Glasstique by Richeliieu - "Lifetime Guarantee of Quality. . . If properly cared for, these Richelieu Simulated Pearls are guaranteed not to peel, crack or lose their beautiful color." These are in mint uncirculated condition and if the original company was still in business, I’m sure they would honor the guarantee. Richelieu was founded in New York in 1911 and purchased up by Lisner Corporation in the 1990’s. Great addtion to any costume jewelry collection.

These are old 1940’s faux glass pearls that are strung and knotted with silver toned bead tips. These were made by Torii Brand in Japan. You receive a set of 4 strands in 4 different lengths that are made to work together to make a 4 strand graduated necklace. All you need to make a perfectly graduated faux pearl necklace is a 4 strand clasp. The longest strand is 18" and the shortest is 15" in length. The pearl sizes range from 3.5mm to 9mm.

It says Torii Brand simulated pearl "Made in Japan". These were meant to add to other beads. You can add a jump ring to the ends and add some other beads and findings to get a unique vintage look. Each 15" strand has two temporarily strung with loose ends - 7.5 " long graduated faux pearl sections to make two bracelets from. These pearls are from 3-9mm. The luster is stunning. They are "made in Japan" and preserved from the 40’s with pride. Take a look at the enlargement to see the whole strand. It’s a double graduated strand of stunning old lustrous pearls at a price that will please.

These 4mm round faux pearls were found amongst old designer stock from the 40’s in mint condition with tags that say "made in Japan". They are strung with bead tips on the ends. We aren’t sure if their original design was for a small child or if the bead tips would connect to another jump ring with other beads to get a finished length more appropriate. You can add these pearls to other pearls, attach two of them together with perhaps a vintage crystal focal between the strands or take them apart and use in some other unique creation of yours. In any case, these are a super value and make a great addition to any design with vintage style.
