Everyone needs a vacation. . . . right?! The staff here
at A Grain of Sand has alternated vacation schedules
so that we can stay open during the entire summer.
We will be a bit short handed at times, so this
newsletter will be a special one since we won’t be
able to get another JB out as soon as we would like.
The image to the right is of some of our newly found
vintage Swarovski crystal collection. These are all
rare items. We thought it appropriate to offer some
special sparkles for you to add to your collection
during this "Sparkle Special" as well. We have added
some rare vintage strands of Roses Montees,
Starlight & Givre White Crystals and more. Check

New Finds
Sooo many new and pretty things are in and up on the
site. Natural Rock Crystal Quartz beads in many

Our fabulous Kelly has put together some
wonderful "Swarovski Cube Earring Mixes". These
Mixes have pairs of cubes that are perfect to make
several pairs of earrings per mix. The mixes include
pinks, purples, blues and more. . . . What a great way
to afford purchasing those expensive cubes you were
just dying to have. Now you can get several colors in

We will be attending the Intergalactic Bead
Festival in Raleigh, North Carolina this upcoming
weekend. If you are planning on coming to visit

will have 4 tables and cannot bring it all, although
would we wish we could. Kevin and I can’t wait to see
